Steps to Completing Your Conference Registration
Step 1: The Conference Hotel, the Hyatt Regency Capitol Hill Hotel in Washington, is sold out of rooms. Reserve your hotel room at a nearby hotel. Please see this link for contact information on alternative hotels within 1 block of The Hyatt Regency.
Step 2: Complete the Registration Form with Sign-Up Sheet by clicking on 'Register' link on menu above (see PDF of brochure to the left for more detailed information. If paying by check, please print forms and mail in with check).
Step 3: Pay by credit card - click Pay Online link on menu above.
Step 4: For children ages 5 to 17 there are two permission forms that must be signed and mailed/faxed to NAAF: the
2012 NAAF Parent Permission
and Responsibility Form and the 2012 Corporate Kids Events Emergency Consent, Release, and Rules and Regulations Form (see download forms link on menu above)
NOTE: The registration price is $520 for the first person. Accompanying spouse, family, friends and students (ages 5 - 17) are $240 each.
